Catholic Central Parents and Guardians,

As we conclude our self-imposed community quarantine and virtual instruction, the Senior Leadership Team wanted to take this opportunity to update you on information regarding COVID-19 and our return to school for in-person learning.

As you are probably aware, school faculty and staff are slated to be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccination sometime in February. While there is no mandate from the Archdiocese of Cincinnati for employees to accept the vaccination, please know that the Catholic Central Senior Leadership Team is highly encouraging our faculty and staff to receive the vaccine. We are hopeful that this encouragement and support will allow us to continue to deliver in-person instruction for the remainder of the academic year.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind all of you that students will be returning to school for in-person instruction on Tuesday, January 19. Please know that it is essential to continue to report if your student has tested positive or is considered a close contact. Please be sure to provide this information to the school. We are excited to have them back in the building and look forward to a strong finish to the 2020-2021 school year, with the intent of conducting our entire 2021-2022 school year in person.

As this current session of virtual instruction has concluded, we invite you to share any comments or concerns that you may have with us. Pre-K-8 feedback can be directed to Principal Kathy Anderson at kanderson@ccirish.org, while high school feedback can be sent to Principal Patrick Rizer at prizer@ccirish.org.

God Bless and Go Irish,

The Senior Leadership Team
