HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT TEST
The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is held every year in November. To register, please contact Marlena Hoendorf, Director of Enrollment and Marketing, 937-328-7458 ext. 123 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We recommend having a good breakfast before the exam. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Parking is available in the Catholic Central parking lot, and signs will be posted for directions.
Students should bring a No.2 pencil and $30 (cash or check payable to Catholic Central) for test payment.

FACTS ABOUT THE HSPT
- Catholic Central uses HSPT scores for academic placement. Test scores are just one of several ways that we consider a student’s readiness for high school. Your child is already prepared to take the HSPT!
- The placement test is required for 8th grade students who plan to attend high school in the Archdiocese.
- Scholarships are available! Scholarships are based on grade 6-8 report cards, teacher or administrator recommendation, elementary standardized test scores and Placement Test results. The scholarships are renewable each year with a ‘B’ GPA.What to Bring to the Catholic Central High School Placement Test
