A Letter from the Principal/CEO of Catholic Central School
Dear Visitors, Parents, Students, Alumni and Friends,
As one of the newest members of Catholic Central’s family, I welcome you to our website. On July 1, 2015, I assumed the role of high school principal and CEO for the PK-12 program. I come to CCS with many years of experience as an administrator in five different states. A native of Massachusetts, I have served as a high school vice-principal and principal in five schools and served as president of two PK-12 schools. I have served in schools owned by religious communities and in diocesan schools. I have served in co-ed schools and single gender schools, in rural settings and urban ones. I am truly excited to be part of the Catholic Central experience.
I invite you to visit our world at Catholic Central on the web, yes, but I also invite you to visit us in person at Catholic Central School. In 2005 the elementary and high schools merged to form one K-12 school. Building on the strong traditions of both former schools and the new tradition we are forming, CCS offers a strong, values-based, academically excellent education, in an authentically Catholic environment that welcomes persons from all faith traditions. CCS is accredited by the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association (OCSAA).
This year our efforts focus on continuous school improvement in all areas. Catholic Central is strong, but we can be stronger. Each and every member of our community has an important role to play in helping us to grow.
Catholic Central is so much more than a school. It is a Catholic, Christian community of students, teachers, staff, faculty, and families who seek to live rooted in the Gospels and grounded in our Catholic faith.
So, welcome to all! I look forward to learning more about Catholic Central as we move forward in the days and weeks ahead. Please let us know how we can best serve you.
I ask the blessing of our God upon us as I pray that God will guide us in this great mission of Catholic education at Catholic Central School.
Dr. Karen M. Juliano
